Don’t expect to get a security deposit back no matter how many hours you spend cleaning. “Professional Carpet Cleaning” if they even actually do it costs $150 for a single bedroom. $100 for common touch up painting spots. This place will nickel and dime you every chance they get. Normal wear and tear does not exist here. Also, for about 10 months of my lease, we had no on-site mailboxes because the kept getting broken into. Had to go to the post office and wait in a line that typically took about 45 minutes to get my mail. Mailboxes still aren’t fixed and it’s been close to a year. STAY AWAY! They don’t care about their residents.

The phone number is out of service, how does an apartment complex not have a phone number, this place is a dump. If you are thinking of moving in, think again and look at something else, they raised rent $50/m and added a $5 fee to park on property, not reserved parking, just to park. $1400 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. These were built in mid 90s and they are showing their age, definitely moving out after lease expires. And if you see something that looks great, ask them to show you the apartment you will be moving into. I bet you a beer they will refuse. I would give the -5 if possible. Update, if you go to their website and find your complex, the number is listed but they won't take the time to make sure Google shows the correct local number. Oh, and now someone is breaking open all the mail boxes for the residents and they don't seem to care that our mail is getting stolen, someone got a credit card out of my mailbox, they had a nice little Uber drive to Tally's for dinner before I even knew it happened. They can't provide a safe enough place to get your mail, and as a courtesy they would accept packages in the office, then with no notice they just stopped accepting packages for the tenants with no ETA on a secure mailbox. This place sucks beyond anything I have ever seen, if you're thinking of moving here, don't, you will be amazed at what a terrible place this is. Must be too much work to accept mail and let the tenants that pay for a secure mail service come to the office and pick up packages. I wonder what the law states about not providing something that is part of your contract.

Toured this property recently and was very impressed with all the large trees around and beautiful ponds. Felt like a I was in a nice peaceful park. The leasing staff were very helpful and nice. They also had a very nice gym which I am looking forward to using!

THE GOOD: Overall safe, quiet, and community grounds are well-maintained. Units have a nice layout to them. THE BAD: Used to be a good place until all new front office staff were hired in April 2023, and now it takes many weeks to get any major maintenance/apartment issues resolved. I had to wait 3-4 weeks for major maintenance work for things to be addressed (pest control, ceiling leaking, etc.). A few times the management had an excuse like "we had to change companies who handle that type of work recently" or "we have no control of when 3rd party companies arrive to fix this issue." There were a few instances where maintenance did not show up even though they claimed they came and fixed the issue (I work at home so I know). It's gotten to a point that I have to call corporate every time I have to have an issue resolved, but Katie (regional manager) has been very helpful! The buildings are not aging well at all, as they haven't maintained them for a long time. I've been living here for less than 8 months now, and I still have maintenance issues almost a few times a month. Some thieves are breaking open all the mail boxes for the residents. And still after 4 months of this happening, we still have to drive 10 min to the post office just to get our mail and pick up packages. THE UGLY: Also be VERY CAUTIOUS WHILE WALKING AROUND this property (if alone, with kids, or pets)!! One of the maintenance guys almost hit me with his large black truck while I was walking on the side of the road in broad daylight!

Do not move here. It will cost you $$$ to move out including most of your deposit. They don't care about state laws; I had to email corporate before the local staff would admit I was right (anyone on a month-to-month lease is only required by law to give 30 days notice, not the 60 day notice they're forcing on new leases). Ignore older reviews about "great staff" because those staffers are all gone. If they send you a "move out notice" after you give notice... do not sign it! It may have terms that are stricter than your original lease had but if you sign it then you agree to those terms.

Sad to hear that my old apartment complex has gotten so bad. When I lived here 5 years ago it was great and had a caring team. Now they seem to have no issues with letting their residents block handicap parking and do nothing about it …
